To be honest, this level was pretty impressive. Although, it could've been improved, as it was rather heavy with repetition. So, let's fly into reviewing!

The scenery was good, though it got repetitive quickly. Even then, some of the dark beanstalks had cutoffs at 42X on Map 2, 132X, 0X at Map 5, 82X, and 185X. The challenges were decent, although Fuzzies, Paragaloombas (including their variants like Goombuds and Goombas), and Paratroopas were overused. The enemy placement was decent as well, though it had the same issue. Some of the same enemies (that I just mentioned) were too close to each other, which made it look cluttered at times. As I said earlier, this was a pretty impressive level. I will give it a rating of 95/100. Nice job Jesse, though I wish could've beaten this sooner. (Easy) :3

It's truly disappointing that levels like these don't get the attention they should. This level was... well let's just say it managed to top W1-2, which is really saying something. This is going on the favourites fur sure.
Do I even need to list the positives? To anyone reading this, just play the level and see for yourself. It's honestly amazing.
The errors are very minor, but they are present. Let's go over them:

* Small cutoffs that Filip mentioned, though the only one I noticed in-game was at X42 Map 2.
* The last Dragon Coin was slightly unfair since it's basically up to luck if the player gets it on their first playthrough or not.

To summarise:

LEVEL'S APPEARANCE (Scenery, Colour Scheme, Decor, etc.): Flawless, unless you want to nitpick with the cutoffs. [10/10]

LEVEL'S FUNCTIONALITY (Does everything have a purpose, are there softlocks? etc.): Also flawless. [10/10]

LEVEL'S AESTHETIC (Does the level follow a consistent theme? Is it immersive/atmospheric? Music/Background?): Also also flawless. [10/10]

LEVEL'S FUN (Longevity, Enjoyment, Fair or Unfair, etc.): I could see how some people might get bored with the classic-ish gameplay style, but I myself enjoyed it immensely. Last Dragon Coin was a tad unfair. [9.5/10]

LEVEL ORIGINALITY (Any creative, unique or original ideas? Is the level forgettable or rememberable?): Very very memorable level! Creative ideas were abundant. [10/10]

Fun level pretty much. This is the first level I rated from you I think, so let's get started.

Your design is really amazing! You executed the theme you were going for perfectly when it comes to the design, you had a nice challenge in the level where you had to use Tanooki Mario to fly and get the 1UP! Really cool! I didn't get all the Yoshi Coins, but I assume they have good challenges, I only collected 2 of them, however, there are some flaws.

At X:0 Y:5, the blue scenery is a cutoff, X:42 Y:5, the green scenery is a cutoff, X:63 Y:5, the green scenery is a cutoff, and at X:132 Y:5, the yellow scenery is a cutoff. The gameplay could have been improved, although it was fun and all, backtracks could have been included, but there was pretty much no backtrack in the level, and the gameplay felt the same, although it was fun. More stuff like backtracking could have been added in to make the gameplay better. Overall, here is the rundown

4 Cutoffs (-4) (-1 for each cutoff)
Gameplay could be better (-10)
Feelings toward the level (+4)

So a 90/100 from me, good level! I gave you 4 points because I feel like the level deserves a 90.

Jesse, you never cease to amaze me. This level is obviously very well planned out and the attention to detail was incredible. The way the sky theme was portrayed, etc. The level as whole was quite enjoyable, and every map had something new to offer, but I will admit the enemy placement did get a bit repetitive, like towards the later parts of Map 5, and just a general overuse of galoombas throughout the level.
