Pretty impressive level, to be honest with you. It could've been better, though, as some repetition did occur. So with that, let's get to reviewing.

First off, the scenery was decent, but it got repetitive. For the swamp forest sections, there could've been pole trees, retro bushes, and the regular sized bushes from SMW. The cave sections could've used the trunk of the pole trees more, as well as the SMW gates. Speaking of repetitiveness, you did get a bit too generous with Fire Flowers, as Adam mentioned. Not to mention, the challenges did get repetitive, as Goombuds, Goombrats, Ninjis, Poison Podoboos, and Rexes could be toned down. There's also a problem with riding the skull raft to get the 2nd Dragon Coin, as others mentioned.

Other than that, the challenges were good. The enemy placement was good as well, even if it had the same issue. Overall, this level was pretty impressive. I'll give it a rating of 96/100. I wish I could've beaten this sooner. Good job Jesse, you (or this level) might be getting a favorite from me. (Medium) :3

I quite like how you made use of metal Mario with the poison lava.

By far, the BEST level I ever played in my life. It is always amazing and filled with fresh content ideas that play like a real Mario level. While this level is often regarded as one of the best all-around in gameplay, don't be scared away by what I said. The metal Mario challenge brings a lot of challenging gameplay! The natural flow of this level always leaves level players and critics off the edge of their seats! I've never had issues with the challenges, and yet again, it's worth it!

The only major complaint was a slow skull raft ride just for one of the Dragon Coins. I have to spin jump on the yellow block, and it's a requirement to duck underneath single tile space! When I got the Dragon Coin after losing three lives due to x132 of Map 1, I was shaking my head feeling ticked off. Other than that, the dragon coin challenge is amazing! One of the best parts about this level is also the palace switch challenge involving two maps. It's sometimes hard to invest time and effort building a perfect level, but Jesse's level with purple lava and metal pine cones will leave you satisfied!

My rate is a 95 out of 100, and added to favorites.

Gonnna make this short. This is another amazing level by you, and I think it's my favorite of the series this far! The highlight is of course the excellent backtracking used for the 4 switches, really putting SMC's map system too good use. The rest of the level was also pretty good, love the aesthetics and music. Really the only problem I have has been already noticed: riding the blue skull raft to the A-coin. Yea, it's annoying and a bit unfair if you don't know that it's coming up. Still an awesome level tho! May go in my favorites.

Another great level, another favourite! Scenery was perfect, nothing new there. The gameplay was somehow even better than ever and the aesthetics were up to your usual gold standard. Very well done!
Here is a list of the problems I had:

* The Skeleton-platform ride to the Dragon Coin was a brilliant idea, but the ceiling is slightly too low. Mario has to duck to proceed, which can catch some players off- guard the first time around. I'd recommend extending the gap by 1 tile.
* I thought the powerups in the first section of the level were a little too generous. I found myself not needing a good deal of them due to their slight overabundance.

To summarise:

LEVEL'S APPEARANCE (Scenery, Colour Scheme, Decor, etc.): Pretty much perfect as per usual. [10/10]

LEVEL'S FUNCTIONALITY (Does everything have a purpose, are there softlocks? etc.): Watch out for the low ceiling and the slight overuse of powerups. [9/10]

LEVEL'S AESTHETIC (Does the level follow a consistent theme? Is it immersive/atmospheric? Music/Background?): The effort you put into your levels on this front is astonishing. [10/10]

LEVEL'S FUN (Longevity, Enjoyment, Fair or Unfair, etc.): Do I even need to say anything here? This is by far the most fun I've had playing a level in the last year at least. [10/10]

LEVEL ORIGINALITY (Any creative, unique or original ideas? Is the level forgettable or rememberable?): The kind of level you could recommend to anyone. [10/10]

This is a very good level, actually. The use of visuals and challenge ideas were both very interesting. I didn't notice any problems with the scenery other than some cutoffs found in the cave as a result of the background not looping vertically. I want also to point out that the blue skull raft (before the second advance coin) puts you in a duck-or-die situation; letting go of the down arrow key causes you to die to the low ceiling which shouldn't occur. And so as a general rule of thumb, it's good make sure the gap is at least 3 tiles high, this will allow Big Mario to pass through without resorting to ducking to avoid sticky situations.

I say everything was great! No real flaws that I could see. Very well decorated too. I enjoyed the metal Mario challenge. Not excruciatingly difficult but not too easy either! 100/100, Medium difficulty
