• Description: Hello! This is the first time I'm posting a level on Level Palace. I bring you a freshly-made switch backtracking challenge. SMF2 ver C is amazing...
Ok I actually saw SMM with good eyes when it was released but when I got to see actual footage, well... disappointment began. I rather stick with Super Mario Flash and SMBX.
    Anyway, have fun!

Liked: Scenery (0), you can see the background (0), able to use all the space (0), 1-up (0),
Disliked: Arrows that unpuzzle a puzzle (-0.25), x2480 y100 you need a power up (-3.5), vines that do nothing/go anywhere (0)

Final Comment 96.25/100 Most of the thing's I hated were minor things that bother me.

I mean, when you're talking about each games' options, SMM definetly beats SMF because it's overall more advanced and has more of them. I don't have a Wii U, so I'm fine saying that I enjoyed this level and feel like SMM is inferior. The level wasn't particularly difficult until the spinning platforms as Markeyruiz97 stated. Also, if you fall down to the last pipe before the final room without pressing all the switches, you can't beat the level. I know there are arrows pointing to where you should be going first, but the point of a puzzle level is exploration.

As the user who got me into level making, I have to say that the scenery was perfect. I see you complaining about the stacked bushes and weird log + pillar combos. Now, I can see why because the way you handled it was extraordinary. If I had to compare this to other puzzle levels, this is far worse. I'm sorry, but the puzzles weren't hard, especially when there are arrows pointing to every area. (I mean, come on). If I really had to mark down for major flaws, it would have to be for the quality of the puzzles, the spinning-platform-that-you-can't- land-on-without-a-power-up, and the fact that you can see the final room from the entrance pipe. I'd rate this a 93/100 (Medium Difficulty).

While both editors has its own pros and cons, and there are cool mechanics that you can do in SMM that you can't do in SMF like stacking enemies, SMF is overall much less limited and thanks to the new tileset update it kind of beats SMM.

Overall this is a pretty vibrant level, I like the way you made use of the switches for backtracking. As for your monster placement and tiling it's pretty flawless and nicely thought out. The only thing I don't like about this level is that it feels impossible to get though 2500x without taking damage, I can't find a way to get on the backwards spanning platform, even as small mario. Other than that this was a great level!

Great Level 7, Nice Challenges, Good Monster Placement, Custom Music, BG, Tile Usage, and even with some great scenery usage too.

(ok this is just weasome)

100/100 - CarlosV or Malaw

I agree with the others - SMM is very limited, in SMF2 you can do so much more stuff. Anyway, it's awesome to see a new level from you again 7! About the level, it had awesome and well thought out switch challenges, and the scenery was really awesome too. The usage of the extended night tileset was also really awesome! The ending area looked really nice too! Not much else to say about this level, since I couldn't find any flaws.

Yeah i dont understand how anyone can buy SMM. SMF offers much more options... Anyway, the level looked very nice and was also very challangeing. This is pure art.

Yeah, SMM isn't good because you need to buy Wii U, so Chairo updated SMF2 to Ver C. Anyway, awesome level. It has great Palace Switch challenges, great scenery and creative tiling. I can't beat hard levels, but good work. You get a 100/100 :)

Yes I agree SMF2 ver C is better than SMM. Seriously I don't why Lord Apoplexy and 09dhowell would want to play SMM. This is soooo much better. Anyways, great level with amazing scenery and puzzling challenges!
