    My advice is take this level nice and slow... You never know what could be hidden, good or bad, unless you're careful. Especially near the end, which can be easy or hard depending on how observant and logical you are.
    Note: There are some parts that appear to be unused space but are actually dividing sections between areas of the level so you can't see another part of the level from where you are.
    There are five big coins, can you find them? >:)~

Well, I'm back for a round 2 here on Level Palace, and this is the first level that got requested to me. Oh boy, do I have some good stuff to say about this level, because this is definitely one of the most creative I've ever seen.

Like how everyone else below me have said, you have to be patient throughout the whole level, and you simply cannot rush because of the whole gimmick of the level being that you have to wait for the dark blocks covering the screen to move toward a certain angle before you can see the path in front of you. Definitely the main highlight of this level, since the use of Layer 2 throughout the level was absolutely incredible, yet, there are two parts of it that kind of frustrate me. I'll get to that part of the level later when I get to my criticisms.

Thankfully, this isn't painstakingly hard, and it was just the correct difficulty I wanted to have throughout the whole thing. I really liked the puzzle elements in this level as well with the switches, considering how great you pulled it off. It was difficult, but in the right way that I imagined it to be thanks to the power-ups you scattered through the level. Again, just the correct amount I wished for without adding too many, or making them too scarce.

Now, as much as I like this level, there's only 1 problem that kind of annoyed me, and that is the fact that you can't see Mario in the non-transparent water after solving the P-Switch puzzle involving the big boo. Seriously, just guessing where Mario's sprite is isn't fun in the least bit, and it made the last section frustrating to get through in my opinion, because it was based on guessing where the sprite is, and just hoping that it's high enough not to touch the black blocks that instantly kill you. About that too, you could of replaced it with regular spikes so the level would've been more forgiving. These problems are the only reason why I'm not giving this level a perfect 100/100, but I'm still going to give it a 95/100 for its concept and creativity alone.

This is legit one of the most gimmicky levels I've ever played and I absolutely fell in love with it. I still have no idea how you are able to come up with so many fresh gimmicks in 2017, but keep it up dude, because I have no words to describe how creative this was.

The level certainly felt dark and mysterious, so you pulled that off well, and the general level gimmick just added to it even more. The obstacles were impressive, especially considering how these doesn't seem like it's an easy gimmick to use. When I first started the level, I was legitimately confused on what was going on, and I died pretty fast, but after observing what exactly the gimmick was, I was actually stunned at how creative this is. The tricky enemy placement was pulled off well, as you have to pay close attention to what is going on around you before you can make a move. If the coins weren't there, this level would honestly be unfair, so you put the guiding coins to great use. This is definitely a level you have to take your time on, and levels that take thinking and strategy are some of my favorites. Some things did catch me off guard, but I wouldn't really blame that on you, as I probably just went in too fast. I expected the whole level to have the checkered design, but it was neat that you switched up the placement of the foreground blocks to make different shapes and whatnot, each pertaining to a certain obstacle. You know, it's not every day that you see a level with L2 as the main layer, but this is the best and most creative level I've ever seen that does so. The only complaint I have about the level, albeit one that's a personal peeve about the level and not necessarily a flaw, is that there was no boss. Going through the level, I was anticipating a really cool boss battle that utilizes the level gimmick, but in the end, it was just a simple goalpoint. A boss battle using this gimmick would have been incredible, and knowing you, I'm sure you could have pulled off something insane with it.

Overall, this is one of the most creative levels I have ever played, and I enjoyed every bit of it. I didn't spot really any flaw throughout the entire level, so wonderful job my man.

This was one of those levels you can't rush through. You really have to think about almost every move you make. It also looked as you'd expect; a level where darkness affects your sight. The blocks obscuring your vision were used fairly well and a good job to add to the challenge. The enemies surprisingly helped me out in this stage, where they at times showed me what safe to walk on or not, like at X: 4120, I honestly believed there was an extra block and spikes there, but the bony beetle showed me otherwise. This also made boos more of a threat, as you could easily not notice them. I got surprised by the boo at X: 3560. X:4320 was really fun too. Great use of the boo clock and giant boo. While I did have fun, the section I found to be frustrating was at X: 4860 and X: 6000. That jump is difficult to make, and having to time that with swimming and the boo clock was frustrating. At least it helped when the blue switch was activated afterward. And at the other section, it's just annoying that I couldn't see Mario when swimming. Still, I had fun. Those sections weren't too frustrating tbh, but they were fairly annoying. But hey, thanks for using coins as our guides.

Mario Blight | 100/100

This is a very creative idea, as expected with your levels, lel. Seriously how do you get such vastly different ideas for each level...Anyway, this level was very challenging and very fun, with the black tiles confusing you with where you'd fall and where you wouldn't very often. The monster placement also played a role in this and was very strategically placed as well. I liked the lack of scenery here, as it would have confused the player more if you would have had it due to the black blocks constantly moving and some things that should look solid not being solid, so wise choice there imo. I also liked how Layer 2 was in front, something not often done in levels. Overall, this was a very creative and interesting level with nothing feeling out of place.

Lel, that music. :P Anyway, it's an amazing level. Very creative and original. Great challenges with creative use of layer 2 and autoscroll. I don't agree with other users saying the challenges were frustraiting. They were hard but I don't think they were frustrating. Despite the moving black blocks, the challenges were fair and also very fun. The design was great, as well. Nice background that fits well with the theme and music. Everything was great, nothing more to say. Once again, added to favourites. :D

I really like the concept of making L2 the default layer and using tiles to block the vision! While that has been done before, this level does it in a very unique and clever way, and executes this concept very well, from start to finish. IMO its excellently designed, as in the beginning of the level, the player will be introduced to this concept with the challenges being fairly basic and easy, just showcasing what this vision-blocking concept is about and to prepare for the upcoming challenges. That is some great design right there! When you go into the second section, it starts putting the level player to the test, by increasing the rate the space junk moves up and down while also the challenges becoming more.. well, challenging. Up to a point where it became nerve-wracking in the final section, where it's not just space junk that's in L2 but also spikes and water.
The challenges in this level are really, really good, especially with the added in challenge of not being able to see clearly. The placement of advance coins are also really clever. The scenery only consisted of ghost house poles, it would be neat to see some variety in scenery. But I can understand that there's not much scenery fitting for this theme, and its pretty difficult to add some in with only 1 layer available. And with half the screen being covered up the whole time, I don't imagine visuals were gonna be the selling point for this level anyway. The enemy placement, especially the Boo clocks were also really good. And I also like how you went with blue coins for this level, since that really fits the theme & tilesets!
Well, dats gonna be a 100/100 from me :O

One thing I didn't like in this level is that you have repeated he jump on the dry bones challenge.

Also, these orange blocks kinda ruined the atmosphere but it's not a big problem at all.

The part at X2300 with the water is really good thanks to this concept which would otherwise be boring

I'm giving a 97 for this masterpiece. Great job!

This was an awesome ( And a little bit frustrating ) concept for a level!
There's lots of awesome challenges here! Like at X4280 when the big boo chases you when you try to get the springboard, or all the challenges that use the junk floating in front to block your vision it really makes you stop and think before you "Jump" to conclusions :D And like the last level i like the atmosphere of this level though not as much as the former but i find the music and tileset very fitting for this level,
the scenery was good no problems there, but the challenges definitely were the best part!

Overall i rate 100/100 For an awesome concept and great challenges!

Woah, what an amazing level. I love the concept of the moving "junk" that covered the level. There was quite a lot fo empty space, but it's understandable why you would do this. The challenges were varied and difficult as well. Amazing job!
