okay serious time for me

people seem to hate intensive rating, here is a solution:

you must atleast rate 10 levels before you can post 1 level (12 hour timer after first rate to get the 10 rates and post the level)

levels must be pending, if there are less than 15 levels in pending, this requirement is disabled.

take it in consideration, as i've seen a lot of people not like it, it are at most the newbies

thank you for taking your time to read through this

You should add a "total levels" stat in each section, like on PG.

Also, since the site keeps track of users who have recently played your level on the level code page, why don't you add a "recently played" level list to user profiles?

The "TIPS FOR RATING" button leads to the site's news page, and the user needs to scroll down, and find the actual rating tips.
You should probably put that on a separate page, as it may be difficult for new users to find it.

Also, a lot of things in "news" are more important information than they are news.
It's difficult for new users to find the "Getting Started" things because it's buried in the news page.

I think that your "Getting Started", "Rising through the ranks" and "level rating tips" should be on a separate page (maybe called "Getting started") for new users.
In addition, the "TIPS FOR RATING" button can lead to that page, but (using the # URL thing) jump directly to the "TIPS FOR RATING" part.

Sorry, for the rant, I just wanted to drop you a suggestion.
